Warrant Committee                                                                  March 23, 2009

;font-size:9pt;color:#000000;"> Trustees to discuss the Cemetery developing their own revolving fund to buy single depth grave liners in bulk at a cost savings, sell them to families which at present is done by funeral directors.  With a revolving fund the Cemetery would maintain their own money and deposit to their revolving fund and not in the Town’s General Fund.

hlin, the Warrant Committee voted 11-0-0 to reopen the discussion for Police and Fire Department to discuss line item versus appropriation of the bottom line budgets.  On a motion made by Member Walker and seconded by Member Innes, the Warrant Committee voted 9-1-1 to fund FY10 budgets as bottom line for Police and Fire for one year only.

Meeting appropriate a sum of money which is larger than the sum requested in the warrant article, which sum is set forth in Table 10 of the Warrant.

sum of money

requested in the Warrant Committee report.  Such a recommendation need not

be included in the Warrant Committee report.  In my opinion, such a

recommendation should be included in the Warrant Committee report if the

Milton Warrant Committee votes the recommendations in time for it to be

Included within the Warrant Committee report.
