THIRTY-NINTH MEETING
PRESENT: K Conlon, L Dee, J Folcarelli, J Pinkus, L Walker, B McLaughlin, O Sanchez,
J Conley, E Innes, D Biagiotti, K Chase, S Keel
from the Warrant Committee’s salary line and $900 from the Warrant Committee’s general expense line to the (FY08) Reserve Fund. Following discussion, on a motion made by Member Walker and seconded by Member McLaughlin, the Committee voted 9-0-0 to reconsider its recommendation under Article 50. On a motion made by Member Walker and seconded by Member Dee, the Committee voted 9-0-1 to recommend a transfer of $27,460 ($23,500 plus $3,960) to the Reserve Fund.
