ont face="Times New Roman" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:9pt;color:#000000;">The Committee received a copy of Article 9 regarding a home rule petition to authorize a borrowing to pay medical expenses of injured firefighter Antonio Pickens, which the Selectmen recently added to the warrant for the November 5 Special Town Meeting. On a motion made by Member Walker and seconded by Member Chase, and following discussion, the Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of the article to the Special Town Meeting.
