Roman;font-size:9pt;color:#000000;">The Chair reported on the Planning Board’s October 16th public hearing on Article 8, which has been continued to October 25. The Chair also advised the Committee that, on the advice of Town counsel, the recommendation under Article 9 will need to be revised prior to the Town Meeting to incorporate the text of the proposed home rule petition, which will be based on the special legislation adopted for the Town of Dartmouth.
