WARRANT COMMITTEE MINUTES
SEVENTH MEETING November 27, 2006
PRESENT: K. Conlon, D. Biagiotti, J. Conley, H. Crichlow, L. Dee, E. Innes, M. Flanagan, T. Hurley, S. Keel, B. Martin, T. McGrath, B. McLaughlin, J. O’Connor, J. Pinkus,

RESERVE FUND BALANCE: $388,200
Chair Conlon called the meeting to order at 6:45 at Milton High School prior to the Special Town Meeting.
On motion by Member Hurley, and seconded by Member McGrath, the Committee voted 11-0-0 to award the contract for the printing of the 2007 Annual Town Meeting Warrant to Eagle Graphics, Inc., of Canton, Massachusetts for their bid of $5,875 for 9,200 copies.
On a motion made by Member Crichlow and seconded by Member Innes, the Committee for 12-0-1 to approve the minutes of November 15, 2006.
The Committee voted 13-0-0, on a motion made by Member Keel and seconded by Member Dee, to approve an $86.31 Warrant Committee Expense voucher for six new name plates.
The Committee received a communication from the Fire Chief stating the need to replace Engine 1. The Committee will schedule a meeting with Chief Larson.
RESERVE FUND $388,200
The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. to allowed the Committee to attend the Special Town Meeting
The next meeting of the Warrant Committee will be on December 6, 2006.
