Chair Innes called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Pierce Middle School prior to the Special Town Meeting.
The minutes of February 2, 2005 were approved 13-0-0.

At 7:15 p.m., the Warrant Committee adjourned to reconvene at the Special Town Meeting.
