BOARD OF SELECTMEN’S MEETING, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2012
In attendance: Robert C. Sweeney, John M. Shields, J. Thomas Hurley, Kevin J. Mearn, Town Administrator, Paula Rizzi, Executive Secretary
1. Chairman Sweeney convened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the John A. Cronin Conference Room of the Town Hall.
2. The Board interviewed the following candidates for three Patrolman positions in the Milton Police Department: Matthew E. Pantazelos, 31 Cole Street, Randolph, Ian Griffiths, 16 Dickerman Road, Easton, Michael S. Delaney, 72 Pond Street, Milton, Ricmyr Saint Cyr, 155 Audubon Road, Gerard Dhooge, 35 Frothingham Street, Milton, Michael R. Grant, 78 Badger Circle, Milton and Patrick Nee, 398 Reedsdale Road, Milton.
3. The Board confirmed a change for the meeting time of the February 16, 2012 meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
4. John M. Shields moved, J. Thomas Hurley seconded and the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 7:40 p.m.
TRUSTEES OF THE GOVERNOR STOUGHTON FUND MEETING FEBRUARY 9, 2012
In attendance: Robert C. Sweeney, John M. Shields, J. Thomas Hurley, Kevin J. Mearn, Town Administrator, Paula Rizzi, Executive Secretary
1. John M. Shields moved, J. Thomas Hurley seconded and the Board voted unanimously to approve a request from the Milton Community Food Pantry for a grant of $15,000 to sustain the fresh dairy voucher program for calendar year 2012.
2. Chairman Sweeney updated the Board on the most recent status of the sale of the Town Farm property.
3. J. Thomas Hurley moved, John M. Shields seconded and the Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 8:00 p.m.
