and the Board voted to approve John M. Shields as Milton’s voting delegate for the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association Board of Directors election on January 22, 2010.
on V. McEttrick moved, Kathryn A. Fagan seconded and the Board voted unanimously with John M. Shields voting yes, Marion V. McEttrick voting yes and Kathryn A. Fagan voting yes to enter Executive Session for the purpose of discussing Real Estate and Collective Bargaining and return to Open Session only for the purpose of adjournment.
