The Board met with representatives of the Blue Bell Tavern Society and Charles Winchester, Jr. who requested that the Board retire the Joseph Graziani flag in the gazebo and display a new flag in honor of Charles J. Winchester. The Board voted to retire the Graziani flag to the care of the Selectmen’s Office and display a new flag in honor of Charles Winchester, in memory of his many years of service to our community.
tyle="text-align:left;"> Marion V. McEttrick moved, Kathryn A. Fagan seconded and the Board voted unanimously to sign a resolution serving notice to the Commonwealth and to manufacturers and distributors of products and packaging sold in its jurisdiction, that it supports the transfer of responsibility for the costs of managing products at end-of-life to producers (brand owners and first importers), under oversight of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
