1.on and there would be no need for an RFP process for the Town. The Board asked Senator Joyce to request an extension of the deadline date for the RFP for management of the Ulin Rink so that the Town will have more time to consider its response.

Shields moved, Robert C. Sweeney seconded and the Board voted unanimously to send a letter of support to our legislative delegation supporting the FY11 Senate Budget which contains favorable language regarding the Ulin Rink, and to authorize Tim Kernan and Bill Clark to draft a response to DCR’s Request For Proposals for the management of the rink.
