1. Marion V. McEttrick moved, John M. Shields seconded and the Board voted unanimously to approve the May 14, 2009 meeting minutes as written.
arion V. McEttrick moved, Kathryn A. Fagan seconded and the Board voted unanimously, pursuant to MGL Chapter 44 §33B, to approve the transfer of $5,000 from Library Expenses into the Library Salary and Wages.
