· The condominium trust will be given the opportunity to review and approve all signage.
· There will be no Keeno or Lottery sales in the restaurant.
· The condominium trust will be given the opportunity to hire a private engineer, whose services will be paid for by the restaurant group, to review all engineering plans.
· Restaurant employees will not be allowed in residential common areas except to deliver food to residents
· There will be no smoking on the patio or in the restaurant.
· There will be no storage provided for the restaurant in the lower level of the building.
