0;">1. The Board remembered Martha Curtis who passed away on September 25 with a moment of silence. Marty was a long time Milton resident, Town Meeting member and a long standing member of the Conservation Commission.
e="text-align:left;">Marion V. McEttrick moved, John M. Shields seconded and the Board voted unanimously to approve and forward to the Warrant Committee the FY10 Selectmen’s budget in the amount of $453,943.
" style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:9pt;color:#000000;">13. 11:00 p.m. for dinner, Sunday through Wednesday and 5:30 p.m. to 12 midnight on Thursday through Saturday.
5. NOISE; MUSIC; ENTERTAINMENT – Noise levels will be controlled and moderate such that they do not unreasonably disturb neighbors and adjacent businesses. Music shall be of a quiet background type. There shall be no live entertainment of any type.
6. REFUSE LOCATION AND REMOVAL – Refuse including used cooking oil shall be located so that it causes no offensive odors and presents no fire hazard. The timing of refuse removal shall be managed so as to minimize disruption to neighboring businesses and residents and the restaurant shall maintain a clean and odor free refuse storage area.
7. SECURITY SYSTEM/ALARM – The restaurant will install a security system and will have the system professionally monitored, in such a way that alarms are promptly investigated and can be turned off without undue disruption of neighboring businesses and residents.
8. TAKEOUT SERVICE – Take out service is not to exceed 3% of the total business.
9. DELIVERIES – Deliveries shall be confined to the hours between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Parking for deliveries shall be done in such a way as to minimize traffic disruption. Stone Park will encourage companies making deliveries to use smaller truck sizes if available.
10. LOTTERY AND KENO – There shall be no Lottery or KENO sales.
11. SMOKING – An area away from the entrance shall be designated for smokers and a proper receptacle shall be provided within 10 feet of the front door onto Franklin Street.
12. SIGNS – All signs shall be in accordance with the Planning Board and the Board of Appeals decision and further permission required shall be sought from the Building Inspector and if necessary from the Board of Selectmen in accordance with the Town’s Sign Bylaw. The applicant will be responsible for directional parking signs.
13. PARKING – The decision of the Board of Appeals and the Site Plan Review Permit granted by the Planning Board are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of the common victualler’s License. The Board of Selectmen will conduct traffic counts prior to the opening of the proposed restaurant and the applicant will assist with the cost not to exceed more than $3,000.
