SELECTMEN’S MEETING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2005 5:30 p.m.
In attendance: Marion V. McEttrick, Charles J. McCarthy, James G. Mullen, Jr., David A. Colton, Town Administrator and Paula Rizzi, Executive Secretary
The Board met with Steven Delaney and James Walsh regarding the transfer of the 2005 liquor license for East Milton Wine & Spirits and the renewal of the 2006 license for the same establishment.
Mr. Delaney surrendered the 2005 license and Sunday Openings Permit for East Milton Package Goods Store, Inc.
A 2005 license for Delaney Liquors, d/b/a East Milton Wine & Spirits and a Sunday Opening Permit was issued to Mr. Delaney.
Charles J. McCarthy moved, James G. Mullen, Jr. seconded and the Board voted unanimously to approve and sign the renewal of an Alcoholic Beverage License and Sunday Opening Permit for East Milton Wine & Spirits for 2006.
Charles J. McCarthy moved, James G. Mullen, Jr. seconded and the Board voted unanimously at 5:40 p.m. to adjourn.
