SELECTMEN’S  MEETING        MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2004             5:30 P.M.
                
In attendance: Marion V. McEttrick, James G. Mullen, Jr., David A. Colton, Town Administrator and Annemarie Fagan, Assistant Town Administrator.

Absent:  Charles J. McCarthy


1       James G. Mullen, Jr. moved,  Marion V. McEttrick seconded, and the Board voted unanimously to award the contract for janitorial services for the Town Office Building and the Central Library for 52 weeks, from December 6, 2004 through December 2, 2005, to Apple Corps, Inc., 775 Pleasant Street, Weymouth, MA at a base price of $23,200 per year, and to authorize the Town Administrator to sign the contract on behalf of the Board of Selectmen.

2       James G. Mullen, Jr. moved,  Marion V. McEttrick seconded, and the Board voted unanimously to approve the request of Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds Paul Casey to hire Joseph Colligan, 4 Bailey Avenue, Milton, for temporary seasonal custodial employment.

3       James G. Mullen, Jr. moved,  Marion V. McEttrick seconded, and the Board voted unanimously to approve and forward to the Warrant Committee the following FY06 budgets under the Board of Selectmen’s jurisdiction:

James G. Mullen, Jr. moved, Marion V. McEttrick seconded and the Board voted unanimously at 6:50  p.m. to adjourn.
