Present: Board of Selectmen: E. Bernard Plante, Francis King, Kenneth I. Schold, Brian Stowell, Brian M. Ashmankas; Town Manager Bob Spain, Attorney Dee Moschos, Attorney Sharon Siegal and Lt. Richard Bates
Mr. Spain asked the Board to sign the Central Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council Mutual Aid Agreement for Chief Moore.
Motion to sign the agreement made by Selectman Stowell, seconded by Selectman Schold.
Motion carried unanimously.
Executive Session
Motion made by Selectman King, seconded by Selectman Stowell to move into Executive Session at 8:20 p.m. under Chapter 39, Section 23B, Paragraph 5.

Chairman Plante -Yes
Chairman Plante announced the Board would return only to adjourn.
