NEW BUSINESS
Letter from Nicole Powers wishing to obtain donations for the Avon Walk for Cancer.
Selectman Coggans was concerned about the traffic at the corner of OTB and didn't like the idea of the woman collecting there. Selectman Plante suggested the Post Office.
Motion to allow the collection of Donations made by Selectman Schold but to move the collection spot to the Post Office, seconded by Selectman King.
Motion carried unanimously.
Approve Rules and Regulations for Allowing Dining and Alcohol Consumption on Public Sidewalks. Selectman Moore suggested to add in item #7
Motion made by Selectman King, seconded by Selectman Coggans to adopt the Rules and Regulations with one amendment.
Motion carried unanimously.
Recessed to Town Meeting at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to adjourn at 9:20 PM made by Selectman Coggans, seconded by Selectman Moore. Motion carried unanimously.
