V – Old Business:
· Update on possibility of military flyover for a bicentennial event
· Discuss progress on volunteer lists with identifying needs within each committee and subcommittees
· Discuss promoting a meeting with Millbury clergy for Ecumenical event in November, 2012 or thereabouts
· Discuss creating opportunities to involve many organizations in the community with our events and also encouraging them to involve themselves in creating bicentennial events
VI – New Business:
· Discuss a calendar of events mailing for residents of Millbury
· Invitation to plan a Millbury evening at McCoy Stadium, Pawtucket, RI for a PawSox game
· Discuss the electric time clock for Center of Town
VII – Other: Ideas not anticipated as we prepared this agenda
