Roger Desrosiers opened the meeting at approximately 3:30 p.m. with 5 members present.
New Business:
Motion made by Bill Kane, seconded by Ron Marlborough to fund the items needed for the Discovery Day to be held on Saturday January 16, 2010 as requested by Carole Chiras, not to exceed $200.00. Motion carried unanimously.
