MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
APRIL 22, 2015
MINUTES
The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. Board Members Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, Associate Members Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein were present. Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present.
Mr. Furbush announced the meeting was being televised live on local Mashpee TV. He said that every petitioner is entitled to have five Zoning Board members present but because there are only four Board members at this meeting, all members have to vote positive for the petition to pass.
NEW HEARINGS
56 Kim Path: Owners, Richard and Jennifer Manganiello request a Variance under §174-31 to vary the setback requirements to allow for construction of an 8’ x 10’ shed on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 56 Kim Path, (Map 117 Parcel 97), Mashpee, MA.
Mr. Furbush said that this hearing was advertised incorrectly and suggested the applicant to file for a continuance.
Keven Kirrane, Attorney, representing the homeowner addressed the Board and agreed to continue until the next hearing dated May 13, 2015.
Mr. Furbush made a motion to continue, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, seconded, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, and Mr. DeBarros, yes.

Approve April 8, 2015 Meeting Minutes
Mr. Furbush made a motion to approve the meeting minutes, Mr. Blaisdell, seconded, yes. Mr. DeBarros, yes, and Mr. Goldstein, yes. All were in favor.
Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to adjourn. All were in favor.
