Gregory S. Bush, Trustee: Requests a Written Finding under §174-17 & §174-20 of the Zoning By-laws concerning continuance, extension or alteration of a pre-existing, non-conforming structure to raze and replace a single-family dwelling located on property in an R-5 Zoning District at 55 Santuit Lane, (Map 30 Parcel 2), Mashpee, MA. (Continued from December 10, 2014 Hearings).
NEW HEARINGS
Judith J. Miller: Request a Special Permit under Article V §174-17 and §174-20 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for the extension of a non-conforming structure. The applicant proposes to construct two (2) additions; in the flood zone, on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 2 Popponesset Island Road, (Map 105 Parcel 267), Mashpee, MA.
Robert J. Garber: Request a Written Finding under Article V §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a screened porch on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 23 Mizzenmast, (Map 126 Parcel 237), Mashpee, MA.
OTHER BUSINESS
Mashpee Commons: Mashpee Commons LP wishes to update the ZBA on the status of the required 40B foundations completed in November, 2014.
50 Spoondrift Way: At the request of the Attorney, in his letter dated December 15, 2014 to the ZBA, he would like to address the Building Department concerns about the plans of the proposed wooden decking around the pool. The Board will vote to determine if a minor or major modification.
Article XVI §174-__: Discuss implementing the Zoning Bylaw provisions of G.L. c. 44, §63A relative to retention of consultants.
