The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday,
September 25, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. (Ockway Meeting Room) at the Mashpee Town Hall,
16 Great Neck Road North, on the following:

NEW HEARINGS

Arthur R. and Darlene E. Joia:  Request a Written Finding under Article V §174-17 of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension or alteration of pre-existing, non-conforming structure to relocate a shed on property located in an R-5 Zoning District at 49 Somerset Road, (Map 16 Parcel 11), Mashpee, MA.

Arthur R. and Darlene E. Joia:  Request a Variance under Article VII §174-31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning By-laws to vary the rear and side setback requirements to relocate a shed located in an R-5 Zoning District at 49 Somerset Road, (Map 16 Parcel 11), Mashpee, MA.

Southworth Cape Development LLC: Request a Variance under Article VII §174-31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning By-laws to reduce the required land area from 40,000 square feet to 23,983 square feet, and reduce required frontage from 150 feet to 130 feet on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 61 Pleasant Park Drive (Map 70 Parcel 162), Mashpee, MA.

Mashpee 130 Shops, Inc.: Request a Written Finding under Article VI §174-24-J (Land Use Regulations) of the Zoning By-laws to allow for a bakery business located in a C-3 Zoning District at 470 Main Street, Unit 2, (Map 27 Parcel 21), Mashpee, MA.


Plans may be viewed prior to the hearings in the ZBA office and the Town Clerk’s office.
