John A. and Cynthia Bartos: Request a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension or alteration of pre-existing, non-conforming structure to allow for construction of a shed on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 28 Valerie Circle, (Map 37 Parcel 80A) Mashpee, MA. Correction Noted: Zoning District is “R-5”.
Mary Anne McGonagle, Trustee: Request a Variance under §174-31 of the Zoning By-laws (Land Space Requirement) and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §10 to vary the square foot requirements on property located in an R-5 Zoning District at 104 Pimlico Pond Road, (Map 3 Parcel 1) Mashpee, MA. Vote on request for continuance of hearing scheduled on Wednesday, September 11, 2013.
Craig A. and Maureen A. Fitzgerald: Request a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension or alteration of a pre-existing, non-conforming structure to raze and replace a dwelling located on property in an R-3 Zoning District at 50 Spoondrift Way, (Map112 Parcel 35) Mashpee, MA.
