Jeffrey R. and Sheila Eydenberg, Trustees: Request a Special Permit under §§174-63 and 174-27.2 of the Zoning By-laws concerning variation of restrictions under Article XI Flood Plane Zone Provisions and Storm Water Management to raise the grade on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 16 Squaws Lane (Map 117 Parcel 83) Mashpee, MA.
Plans may be viewed prior to the hearings in the ZBA office and the Town Clerk’s office.
