At request of Attorney, continued from January 23, 2013 Public Hearings. Opened but not heard.

SBA Properties, Inc.: Requests Extension of Special Permit SP-97-70 to allow for an existing radio telecommunications facility and associated equipment permitted under §§174-25.B(6), 174-25.D(5) and 174-25.H(6) of the Zoning By-laws on property located in an I-1 zoning district at 154 Industrial Drive (Map 88 Parcel 31) Mashpee, MA. This request is in compliance with conditions of the 1997 ZBA Decision, which expires on March 23, 2013.
William P. Tommasino and Deborah D. Thornton: Request a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A Section 6§ concerning continuance, extension or alteration of pre-existing, non-conforming structures to allow for construction of additions onto a dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 196 Waterway (Map 111 Parcel 96) Mashpee, MA.
