15 Scenic Drive:  Owner, Claire Z. Poole requests a 5 ft. Variance of the side yard setback under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of an attached garage on property located in an R-5 Zoning District (Map 37 Parcel 160), Mashpee, MA.

91 Edgewater Road:   Owner, Joseph H. Appleman requests a Variance to extend an existing deck 8 ft. under §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to vary the setback at least fifty (50’) feet from any water or wetlands on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, (Map 23 Parcel 119), Mashpee, MA.

120 Summersea Road:  Owners, James I. and Ellen B. Goodman request a Special Permit under §174-25.I (9) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a dock, pier, ramp and float extending more than 70 feet of coastal beach, coastal bank, salt marsh or bordering vegetated wetlands, on property located in an R3 Zoning District, (Map 105 Parcel 52), Mashpee, MA.
