Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cahalane at 6:30 p.m.
Town Hall, Conference Room #1.
APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS:
Public Comment: None at this time.
NEW BUSINESS:
Recommendation for Appointment – Board of Assessors:
The Board of Selectmen received a letter of interest from Jason R. Streebel in response to the advertisement to fill the vacancy in the Board of Assessors. Mr. Streebel is currently an Assessor for the Town of Barnstable working in that office since 1998.
Motion made by Selectman Taylor to appoint Jason R. Streebel to the Board of Assessors to fill the vacant term of Leslie Greig.
Motion seconded by Selectman Green.
VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0.
Selectman Myers absent for vote.
Adjournment:
Motion made by Selectman Green to adjourn at 6:33 p.m.
The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. The Board will not reconvene in Open Session.
Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters.
VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
