Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Taylor at 5:00 p.m.
Town Hall, Conference Room #1
Executive Session:
Motion made by Selectman Myers to adjourn at 5:01 p.m.
The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the
purpose of discussing legal matters. The Board will not reconvene in Open Session.
Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane.
VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0.
