Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cook at 6:05 p.m.

APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS:
Executive Session
Motion made by Selectman Myers to adjourn at 6:06 p.m.
The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the purpose of discussing litigation strategy. The Board will reconvene
in Open Session following discussion.
Motion seconded by Selectman Green.
VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.

The Board of Selectmen met with Town Counsel, Patrick Costello for the purpose of reviewing matters relative to the October 15, 2007 Annual Town Meeting Warrant.

Motion made by Selectman Taylor to adjourn at 6:42 p.m.
Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane.
VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
