Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cook at 6:00 p.m.
Town Hall, Conference Room #1
NEW BUSINESS:
Vote to Set Special Town Meeting:
The Board of Selectmen indicated they would hold a Special Town Meeting for the sole purpose of ratifying possibly, an inter-governmental agreement between the Town of Mashpee and Mashpee Wampanoag Indian Tribe.
Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to publish in the Mashpee Enterprise, a Special Town Meeting to be held on Monday, April 7, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the Mashpee High School auditorium.
Motion seconded by Selectman Myers.
VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0.
Selectman Green abstained.
Adjournment:
Motion made by Selectman Green to adjourn at 6:03 p.m.
Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane.
VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
