Chairman Burton Kaplan called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.
Kalliope Egloff made a motion to go into Executive Session, not to return, to discuss on-going litigation re: Lakeside Estates. Lucy Burton seconded the motion.
Roll Call Vote: Burton Kaplan, yes; Kalliope Egloff, yes; Lucy Burton, yes. The motion was unanimously approved.
As there was no further business, the BOH public session was adjourned at 6:03 PM.
