- Adm. Review 043-2683: Substitute a previously approved swimming pool and patio in back of house with a 685 squ. ft. paver patio.
- Adm. Review 043-2400: Add stairs from the ground to second floor deck & replace a 4’ x 4’ wooden hatch trap door with a 5’ x 6’ bulkhead for improved access to plumbing area.
