In accordance with the provisions of the Massachussetts General Laws and the Mashpee Wetlands Protection Bylaws of Chapter 172 of the Mashpee Code, a public Hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in Conference Room One, Main Lobby to revise rules (under MGL Ch. 44, s. 53G) for hiring outside consultants, revise regulations for vista pruning, and revise Reg. 25: Land subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. Copies of the proposed regulation are available at the Town Clerk’s office.
