In accordance with the provisions of the Mashpee Wetlands Protection Bylaws of Chapter 172 of the Mashpee Code, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in Conference Room One, Main Lobby, on March 3, 2005, at 6:45 P.M. to revise rules for hiring outside consultants under MGL Chapter 44, Section 53G and to revise fees: Regulation 5 (continuances). Copies of the proposed regulation are available at the Town Clerk’s office.
