Andrew Eliason, Vice Chairman, called the meeting of the MCAT Board to order at 1:15 p.m.
Roll Call was taken.
Approval of Minutes
Lolita McCray motioned to accept the minutes of the meeting of March 12, 2013 as read; Andrew Eliason seconded the motion.
VOTE: Yes-2.

Budget Status Update
Andrew Eliason reported there is a current balance in the capital account of $144,695.07; and a current balance of $42,178.03 in the PEG account. Andrew stated allocation balance has been decreasing steadily. However, $80,000 was allocated at March 12, 2013 MCAT meeting.
Andrew questioned one of the columns on the Munis report. Tom Mayo referred Andrew to Dawn Thayer in Accounting who will answer all Munis/accounting questions.

Andrew Eliason commented that he saw published on-line that they finished some of the dry walling and interior partitioning.
Final comments by Board members or public
Tom Mayo stated that Dan Riley was appointed to the MCAT Board by the Board of Selectmen at their meeting last night.
Next Meeting…The next MCAT meeting is to be held 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room.
Adjournment…Lolita McCray motioned to adjourn the meeting; Andrew Eliason seconded the motion; and the motion was passed. The meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
