The applicant is seeking a variance for an existing frontage of 38 ± ft. vs. the 50 ft. minimum required for Zoning District Business (Chapter 200-41 of the Ordinance). The office buildings were constructed in 1987 and because of the limited width of the property, it is not possible to comply with the frontage requirement, and the petitioner does not own any abutting property from which additional frontage can be taken. The property in question is located at 202A East Main St. being Map 58, Parcel 21 of the Assessors' Maps.
