Notice is hereby given that a continuation of a public hearing will be Feb. 7, 2006 (Tuesday) at 7:00 p.m. in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St. 3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA on the petition of the below named person appealing the Building Inspector's decision in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:
The applicant(s) requests the Board to reverse the decision of the Building Inspector's denial of a building permit in a letter dated Oct. 19, 2005 and issue an order authorizing a building permit as requested in Mr. Mongeau's application. Proposal to construct a new building of 4,800 sq. ft., 60 x 80 x 16, structural steel, for the purpose of an auto body service shop.
