Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on September 27, 2005 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant proposes to construct a 5 ft. x 8 ft. front entrance which will be 11 ft. vs. the 20 ft. minimum required front setback for Zoning District Residence B.  The property in question is located at 103 Preston St.  being Map 55 Parcel 154 of the Zoning Assessor's Map.  Chapter 200-41 "Table of Lot Area, Yards and Height of Structures"
