Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on August 30, 2005 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall , Marlborough, MA  at 7:00  P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant proposes to construct a 12 ft. x 14 ft. addition to the rear of the house.  The minimum required side set back for Zoning District Residence B is 15 ft.  The applicant is proposing 4 ft. +   The property is located at 203 & 205 Chestnut St. being Map 68, Parcel 222 of the Zoning Assessor's Maps.  (This is a corner lot)

The applicant proposes to utilize a lot as a buildable lot for a single family home.  The lot in question does not meet the minimum required lot area (Chapter 200-42(A) and the required lot shape (Chapter 200-42(B) for Zoning District A-2.  The lot in question is to be formed by combining parcels 2 & 2B on Locke Dr.  being Map 67, Parcels 2 & 2B.   (next to 10 Locke Dr.)
