Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on May 24, 2005  (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  Memorial Hall, 3rd Floor, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00  P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant desires to construct a 20' x 28' addition to the existing house.   The minimum side yard set back for Zoning District A-2 is 15 ft. vs. the proposed 2 ft. which is in violation of Chapter 200.41, Table of Lot Area, Yards and Height of Structures.  The property is located on Map 94, Parcel 62 of the Zoning Assessor's Map.  Also known as 29 Beverly St.
