Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on April 20, 2004 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St. Memorial Hall, 3rd Floor, Marlborough, MA at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows
D'Angelo's Inc.
The applicant is deficient by 1 to 3 feet from Chapter 200, Section 47.E(1)(a) "Street Frontage Planting Area". Rather than break into the pavement to modify and correct the site, the applicant seeks to receive relief from the requirement by providing landscaping at other locations in the neighborhood or by providing funding for the City's use in landscaping. The property is located in Zoning District Business, being being Map 58, Parcel 123 of the Zoning Assessor's Maps. Also known as 2 & 10 Boston Post Rd. East.
