Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 19, 2012 in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St., 3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA at 7:00 PM on the petition of the below named person seeking an appeal as follows:
Petition: The applicant proposes to rebuild an existing porch into a three season room. The proposed rear setback will be 37 ft. vs. the required minimum of 40 ft. (Chapter 650-41). The property is located in Zoning District A-1, being Map 8, Parcel 125 of the Assessor’s Maps. Also known as 61 Dean Rd.
