RE-SCHEDULE  HEARING

  • Notice is hereby given that a public hearing that was scheduled and cancelled for  (February 1, 2011)  is RE-SCHEDULED  TO  FEBRUARY  10, 2011 (Thursday)  at 7:00 P.M. in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:
Patrick J. Tucci

The applicant proposes to combine 2 undersized lots in order to construct a new house on a new lot which will have the following deficiencies:
  • Section 650-41 states that an A-3 zone minimum lot frontage is 100 ft. vs. the proposed 60 ft. and 50 ft. non-continuous
  • Section 650-41 states that an A-3 zone minimum lot area is 12,500 sq. ft. vs. the proposed 8,024 sq. ft.
  • Section 650-42(B) does not meet the lot shape requirements
The property is located on Map 19, Parcel 135 and Map 19, Parcel 151 of the Assessor’s Maps.  Identified as the lot next to #27 Baldwin Ave.
