Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on July 7, 2009 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor-Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M. Continuation hearing on July 28, 2009 (Tuesday) at 7:00 p.m.on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance(s) in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant’s existing driveway is in violation of the City of Marlborough Zoning Ordinance, Section 200-48-5B, “no closer than 5 ft.” to the side lot line and no driveway opening for a single or two family dwelling can exceed 24 ft. in width Section 200-48-C5ai.   The property in question is located in Zoning District Limited Industrial (LI),  being Map 67 Parcel 51 of the Assessor’s Maps, also known as 367 Elm St.
