(Tuesday) at 7:00 p.m. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variances/relief in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:
Colonial Health Group – Westridge, LLC
The applicant proposes to increase parking on the Marlborough Hills Health Care Center site, 121 Northborough Rd. East. The proposal will deviate from:
· Chapter 200-41 Table of Lot Area, Yards and Height of Structures and Chapter 200-43
· Maximum Lot Coverage: “Structures in all zones with all parking and driveways shall conform to the maximum lot coverage provision indicated in Table of Lot Area, Yards and Height of Structures”.
· Chapter 200-24 Water Supply Protection District maximum lot coverage requirements.
The property in question is located in Zoning District A-2, also known as Map 78, Parcel 3A of the Assessor’s Maps.
