Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on January 23, 2007 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St. 3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA at 7:30 P.M. P.M. (continuation date Feb. 13, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. on the 1st floor city council committee room) on the petition of the below named person seeking relief in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:
