The Planning Board for the City of Marlborough met on Monday, February 28, 2011 in Memorial Hall, 3rd floor, City Hall, Marlborough, MA 01752. Members present: Barbara Fenby, Colleen Hughes, Clerk, Clyde Johnson, Edward Coveney and Sean Fay. Also present: City Engineer Thomas Cullen.

On a motion by Mr. Fay, seconded by Mr. Coveney, it was duly voted:
To accept and file the amended meeting minutes.

On a motion by Ms. Hughes, seconded by Mr. Coveney, it was duly voted:
To accept and file the amended meeting minutes.

108 Kelber Drive
Withdrawl
Mr. Evangelous is asking to withdrawal without prejudice his ANR plan known as 108 Kelber Drive. At this time the revisions will need to be made prior resubmitting.
On a motion by Mr. Fay, seconded by Mr. Coveney, it was duly voted:
To accept and file correspondence; to grant the withdrawal without prejudice of the ANR known as 108 Kelber Drive.

Ms. Fenby stated she was contacted by Attorney Sandra Austin regarding the historical preservation on limited development subdivision on Stow Road. She stated that Mrs. Austin will be forthcoming to the Planning Board.
