7:00    Notice of Intent (continued)  Continued to October 1st 7:00 PM
Decenzo Blvd. and Settlers Lane – F.R.E.. Building Company, Inc.        
Proposes to modify the existing detention basin to provide for more storage and TSS removal.  A portion of the work will fall with thin the 100 foot buffer of boarding vegetated wetlands.   This hearing has been continued to October 1st meeting as the plans are not yet ready.

416 South St. – Cappello Trucking-
Proposes waste remediation in the Riverfront Area and Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands

7:25    Request for Determination of Applicability
        City of Marlborough - Department of Public Works
Proposes roadway and drainage improvements for Bartlett and Forest Streets from the Northborough town line east along Forest St. to the overpass over I-495 some work is next to wetlands.


Discussion
Northeast Organic Farming Association-(NOFA) – Invasive species workshop scheduled for September 23, 2009 at Ghiloni Park-  Don Bishop will be present to explain the methods they will be using when working with invasive plants in wetlands.
