Maple St. (next to Fire Station)- Eugene Mongeau
Proposes to construct a detention basin, demolish a building and repave the area within the 200 foot riverfront area (assessors map 82 parcels 140)

7:10 P.M.       Notice of Intent (re-hearing) - Continuation of Public Hearing
                Fitchburg St. – Metropark Corp. vs. James & Maureen Mongeau
Metropark Corp. requests a re-hearing pursuant to a court order in Middlesex Superior Court, Civil Action #02-105A, Metropark Corp. vs. James Mongeau and Maureen Mongeau, due to Mr. & Mrs. James Mongeau’s failure to get written notice of the original hearing held on June 1, 2000.  Metropark Corp. proposes to upgrade the railroad right of way with a bicycle path and stormwater management system in the buffer zone and the filling of 25 sq. ft. of wetland with replication at Fitchburg St. (former WSRO property).
