638 Pleasant St. - Crucifia Pakus
Proposes to abandon an existing septic system, install a new pump chamber and remove an existing in ground pool. Work is proposed near wetlands.
7:10 Notice of Intent
734 Pleasant St. - Beauchemin Engineering, Inc.
Proposes to construct a single family house near wetlands. Also known as Map 28, Parcel 14A on the Assessors’ Maps.

Forest St. - Partners HealthCare System, Inc.
Proposes to construct a data center and associated access drives, surface parking, and a storm water management system. Work is located on Forest Street (locally known as the Devonshire property) being Maps 99 Parcel 3, Map 110, Parcel 5, Map111, Parcel 12 and Map 111, Parcel 800 of the Assessors’ Maps. Portion of the work will be located within the 100 ft. wetland buffer zone.

Sudbury St. - The City of Marlborough Dept. of Public Works
Proposes to expand the existing sanitary sewer to encompass the eastern side of Marlborough in the Sudbury Street area. In addition, the water line in Sudbury Street will be replaced. Some of this work is proposed through and near wetlands.
